Job summary

Schüle Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje Lidera Jakości (F/M/X) do Świebodzic. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie nadzorować operacje działu jakości, utrzymywać dokumentację oraz koordynować audyty zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne, dbając o zgodność z wymaganiami klienta i przepisami.

Wymagane jest wyższe techniczne wykształcenie, minimum 5 lat doświadczenia oraz głęboka znajomość IATF 16949. Znajomość angielskiego lub niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Qualifications

• Wymagane wyższe wykształcenie techniczne z zakresu inżynierii lub pokrewnej dziedziny.
• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Quality Leader lub podobnym.
• Głęboka znajomość systemów IATF 16949 oraz zasad zarządzania jakością.

Responsibilities

• Kierowanie operacyjne w dziale jakości i budowanie kultury jakości w organizacji.
• Sprawdzanie dokumentacji jakościowej zgodnie z przepisami i wymaganiami klienta.
• Reprezentowanie PSCR podczas audytów i kontakt z klientami w sprawach jakości.
• Przygotowywanie i aktualizacja instrukcji produkcyjnych oraz dokumentacji dla realizacji zamówień.
• Współuczestnictwo w projektach wdrożeniowych i doskonaleniu procesów.

Quality Leader (F/M/X)

Your responsibilities

• Managing the operations of the Quality Department within the scope of assigned tasks.
• Fostering a quality culture across the company.
• Developing, updating, and maintaining quality documentation in compliance with legal regulations, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
• Acting as the Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR).
• Approving quality documents and maintaining the document registry.
• Representing the company during external audits.
• Conducting internal and supplier audits.
• Preparing the organization for audits and overseeing the implementation of post-audit actions.
• Participating in the launch of new projects.
• Cooperating with customers regarding quality requirements and technical documentation.
• Monitoring process compliance with applicable procedures and quality standards.
• Preparing production instructions and documentation necessary for order execution.
• Actively participating in solving quality issues and resolving non-conformities or complaints.
• Supervising the implementation of agreed corrective and preventive actions.
• Continuous communication with customers regarding quality control issues.
• Driving continuous process improvement within the quality control department.
• Preparing monthly reports for the Plant Director.
• Overseeing the customer and supplier complaint management process.
• Performing other duties resulting from the quality management system documentation (quality manual, procedures, instructions).
• Cooperating in halting non-conforming production.
• Issuing verdicts on component non-compliance with quality requirements.
• Determining calibration and verification intervals for control and measurement tools.
• Conducting training in product quality, control/measurement techniques, and the quality system.

Our requirements

Education: Higher technical degree (e.g., Engineering).

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Leader or in a similar role.

Standards: Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 quality systems.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of control and measurement methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality tools and techniques (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Languages: Good command of spoken and written English and/or German.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
