Job summary

Huber+Suhner Polatis is seeking an experienced Process Quality Team Leader to drive quality processes in production, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and optimize methods for new and existing products in a cleanroom environment.

The role involves developing manufacturing standards, supervising quality documentation, and contributing to audits, reports, and performance indicators. Strong English and Polish skills are required, along with a technical education and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education
• Experience on similar position within production company (min 2 years)
• Knowledge of Problem Solving Tools like 8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys, PFMEA, Control plans etc
• Knowledge and understanding of electronics and circuitry will be an advantage
• Familiar with using Microsoft Excel, or MES systems for data entry
• Very good spoken and written English and Polish
• An excellent team player who can positively influence the team and wider business departments, being able to contribute ideas to improve process times, quality, yield and designs
• Attention to detail and an awareness of Health & Safety practice

Job description

We are currently looking for experienced Process Quality Team Leader. As part of the Quality Team, you will be leading and taking responsibility of programmes to maintain and drive improvements to build world class products.This will involve leading assembly, inspection and test of micro-components activities in a cleanroom environment of incoming materials, parts and work in progress assemblies.You will be required to drive and lead development and creation of manufacturing standards and associated documentation.Lead engagement in key Product and Process related projects in support of driving a Lean Quality Manufacturing Culture.
