Job summary

Mondelēz International in Poland is seeking a site Quality Assurance professional to lead the PDCA process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation, change management, internal audits, CAPA, and regulatory communications. No relocation support is available.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and controlling procedures and instructions in line with Mondelēz QP requirements.
• Supporting quality assurance in verification, monitoring, and trend analysis of internal and external complaints.
• Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for complaints and audit non-conformities.
• Supervising laboratory operations — ensuring compliance, timeliness, and alignment with internal procedures and Mondelēz standards.
• Overseeing laboratory measurement equipment; coordinating replacement and retention plans.
• Driving continuous quality improvement in production: process control, audit participation, and CAPA follow-up.
• Supporting new product, packaging, and raw material launches; approving packaging; conducting HACCP risk assessments.
• Conducting MSA for production measurement equipment; implementing new control devices.
