Job summary

Mondelēz International Poland site is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle within the quality management system and report outcomes to the quality section manager.

You will support the site’s quality system, manage documentation and change control, conduct internal audits and CAPA, and coordinate the bi-annual eQCMS review while handling complaints and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a laboratory setting is required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and CAPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and control procedures and instructions in line with Mondelēz QP requirements.
  • Support quality assurance in verification, monitoring, and trend analysis of internal and external complaints.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for complaints and audit non-conformities.
  • Supervise laboratory operations—ensuring compliance, timeliness, and alignment with internal procedures and Mondelēz standards.
  • Oversee laboratory measurement equipment; coordinate replacement and retention plans.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement in production: process control, audit participation, and CAPA follow-up.
  • Support new product, packaging, and raw material launches; approve packaging; conduct HACCP risk assessments.
  • Conduct MSA for production measurement equipment; implement new control devices.

How You Will Contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.
