Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to ensure supplier quality and AS 9100/NADCAP compliance. It involves frequent client-site work in Niepołomice (min. 3 days/week) and close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements.

The role requires strong FMEA, quality systems knowledge, and the ability to manage supplier documentation while traveling as needed. Polish and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a related field.
• Deep expertise in AS 9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Strong FMEA and risk analysis skills.
• Experience with supplier collaboration and addressing quality issues.
• Ability to read technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience reviewing FAI/PPAP documentation from suppliers.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits to ensure AS 9100 compliance.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to communicate quality requirements to suppliers.
• Utilize APQP, PPAP, and FAI to ensure seamless supplier launches.
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Partner with sourcing teams to evaluate supplier capabilities and maintain quality records.
• Travel domestically and internationally to conduct audits and support improvements.
• Participate in and manage projects as the SQE site owner.
