Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warszawa is seeking a Project Manager for Productivity and Product Change initiatives within our global supply chain. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams across RD&Q, Finance, Quality, Legal and Customer Development to deliver projects on time, within cost, and of high quality.

You will drive project planning, teams, risk management and reporting, while minimizing waste and complexity.

Qualifications

• Solid Project Management experience and Project Management process knowledge.
• Strong meetings management and communication across stakeholders.
• Qualification – degree level or equivalent; PM qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: define scopes, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and engage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain project docs and report status, timings, issues and risks.
• Ensure risk assessment and contingency planning; manage scope and timing.
