Job summary

Swire Renewable Energy seeks Quality Inspectors for Pre-Assembly Projects across APAC & Europe. The role focuses on quality inspections, verification, documentation review, and supporting site teams on wind turbine components.

You will inspect pre-assembly activities, verify OEM standards compliance, and report non-conformities while coordinating with supervisors and client reps to uphold top quality. Rotation patterns vary by project, with long‑term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Inspector within the wind industry.
• Experience on pre-assembly, installation, commissioning, or service projects.
• Good understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and reporting systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid GWO BST, BTT certificates.
• Additional industry certificates will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performing quality inspections during pre-assembly activities on wind turbine components.
• Verifying compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and OEM standards.
• Inspecting mechanical installations and completed work packages.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting non-conformities.
• Supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preparing inspection reports and maintaining quality documentation.
• Working closely with supervisors, technicians, and client representatives to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.

• Pre-assembly scope of work: quality inspections, quality verification, documentation review, and support to site teams

• Contract type: B2B

• Projects located across APAC and Europe

• Long-term opportunities with the possibility of joining consecutive projects

• Rotation pattern depending on project requirements

Requirements:

• Experience as a Quality Inspector within the wind industry

• Experience on pre-assembly, installation, commissioning, or service projects

• Experience with V236 turbines is preferred

• Good understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and reporting systems
