Job summary

Swire Renewable Energy seeks skilled Mechanical and Installation technicians for upcoming preassembly projects across Europe, including Poland. You will contribute to preparation, lifting and installation of components on wind energy sites, ensuring safety and quality.

Candidates should have wind industry experience with GWO certifications and strong English communication. This role offers a dynamic, international work environment with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Wind industry experience with relevant education/certification.
• GWO BST (WAH, FA, FAR, MH) + BTT
• GWO Slinger Signaller
• GWO Lift User
• Nice to Have: Forklift/Telehandler permits
• Nice to Have: ActSafe Power Ascender
• Valid passport and EU work rights
• Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lift and install components.
• Mechanical installation of ladders, lift, cooling systems.
• Complete site documentation.
• Perform additional tasks per site management.

Requirements For These Opportunities At SRE Include

• Previous experience in the wind industry, preferably Vestas, proven by education and certification
• Full GWO BST (WAH, FA, FAR, MH) + BTT (Mechanical, Bolt Tightening, Installation
• GWO Slinger Signaller
• GWO Lift User
• Nice to Have: Forklift / Telehandler permits
• Nice to Have: ActSafe Power Ascender, Stop the Drop
• Valid passport & driver’s license, right to work in the EU
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation/Lifting/Installation of components.
• Mechanical installation of ladders/lift/cooling systems/bolt stretching.
• Completion of documentation.
• Additional tasks as required by site management.
