Job summary

Nordex Group in Poland is seeking an on-site Quality/QHSE Auditor/Engineer to perform service and project management handovers, conduct regional process audits, and report deviations in company systems.

You will establish health and safety prevention, support subcontractor qualification audits, review documentation, train site teams, and travel up to 75% to wind farms. The role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and ability to operate at heights in remote locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the wind industry or similar field depending on experience
• 2+ years of experience in quality/ QHSE
• GWO certification (Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling)
• STTL 1, 2 & 3 training or certification
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations is a must

Responsibilities

• Perform the Service / Project Management handover audit on-site.
• Perform & record Regional process audits and results (Level 2) in the Customer Service Office / Service Point and onsite or in the Wind Turbines, reporting and highlighting deviations in company systems.

• Continuous improvement: propose improvement axis, review and validate all actions plan solution submitted and put in place.
• Perform, if task has been assigned, the local Subcontractor qualification process, auditing their processes, supervising the test with technical experts.
• Review documentation applicability.
• Give the QHSE talks boxes to Operation teams.

Your Profile

• 2+ years experience in the wind industry or similar field depending on experience and education

• Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic fields

• STTL 1, 2 & 3
• Specific quality or HSE training
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations is a must

• Physically capable to fulfill the role

• Basic IT competency, further experience in wind turbine IT tools preferred
