Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Service / Project Management professional to perform on-site handover audits, record regional process audits and results, and report deviations in company systems while supporting health and safety and quality initiatives across wind projects.

The role requires 2+ years in wind or related fields, 2+ years in quality or QHSE, GWO certification, ability to work at heights and in remote locations, and a willingness to travel 75% to ensure safety, quality, and continuous

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in wind industry or similar field
• 2+ years of experience in quality/QHSE
• Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic fields
• GWO certification (Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling)
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations is a must
• Nordex Competencies (Teamwork, Communications etc)
• Physically capable to fulfill the role
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Basic IT competency, wind turbine IT tools preferred
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Quality tools and methodology (training will be provided)
• Capable of providing training on site

Responsibilities

• Perform the Service / Project Management handover audit on-site
• Record regional process audits and results (Level 2) in the Customer Service Office / Service Point and on-site or in wind turbines
• Establish Health & Safety prevention and QHSE control for products or technical service, vendor evaluations
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing actions, reviewing, and validating plans
• Audit local subcontractor qualification processes and supervise tests with technical experts
• Deliver QHSE talks to Operations teams

Job description

• Perform the Service / Project Management handover audit on-site.
• Perform & record Regional process audits and results (Level 2) in the Customer Service Office / Service Point and onsite or in the Wind Turbines, reporting and highlighting deviations in company systems.
• Establishes Health & Safety prevention and QHSE Control for product or technical service, vendors evaluations.
• Continuous improvement: propose improvement axis, review and validate all actions plan solution submitted and put in place.
• Perform, if task has been assigned, the local Subcontractor qualification process, auditing their processes, supervising the test with technical experts.
• Give the QHSE talks boxes to Operation teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2+ years experience in the wind industry or similar field depending on experience and education
• 2+ years of experience in quality/ QHSE
• Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic fields
• GWO certification (Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling)
• Specific quality or HSE training
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations is a must
• Nordex Competencies (Teamwork, Communications …etc)
• Physically capable to fulfill the role
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic IT competency, further experience in wind turbine IT tools preferred
• Willingness to travel 75%
• Quality tools and methodology (training will be provided)
