  • Providing documented feedback and scorecard evaluations based on data‑driven insights and root‑cause analysis
  • Checking and scoring private bankers' client interactions against business procedures, identifying trends and root causes of failures
  • Coaching new Quality Control team members
  • Collaborating with other internal teams across locations to ensure alignment on quality standards
What You’ll Need

  • The ability to critically interpret and verify information, proactively gathering relevant details to support thorough quality control reviews
  • Proficiency in using data‑driven tools, dashboards, and case management systems, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and procedural adherence
  • A proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with teams, such as Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Risk, providing objective reporting to drive risk‑based outcomes
  • Expertise in reviewing sales interactions, processes, and controls, and making recommendations for continuous improvement aligned with regulatory and business requirements
  • Exposure to wealth management regulatory obligations, including jurisdiction‑specific marketing and solicitation requirements across multiple regions
Nice to have
  • A degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business, or law
  • An industry‑recognised certification in wealth management or compliance (e.g., CISI, CFA, or equivalent)
  • Fluency in other languages
