ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across corporate functions.

You will evaluate processes, controls, policies, and governance frameworks, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve standards. The role focuses on strengthening governance practices, driving continuous improvement, and promoting organizational effectiveness through independent assessments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance, Audit, or Process Management.
• Proven track record in assessing governance frameworks, policies, processes, and control effectiveness.
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, quality assessments, and internal control evaluations.

Responsabilités

• Review governance frameworks, controls, and compliance standards across corporate functions.
• Conduct independent assessments of processes, policies, and controls.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to strengthen governance and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal requirements.
• Support audits, remediation activities, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Prepare findings, recommendations, and management reports.
• Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance process quality and organizational effectiveness.

About the role

This role provides independent oversight and assurance over governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across business and corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Risk. The Quality Assurance Manager evaluates processes, controls, policies, and governance frameworks to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to organizational standards. By partnering with stakeholders across the business, the role supports risk mitigation, strengthens governance practices, and promotes operational excellence, consistency, and compliance across the organization.

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluency in English
• Experience in Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance, Audit, or Process Management
• Proven track record in assessing governance frameworks, policies, processes, and control effectiveness
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, quality assessments, and internal control evaluations
• Strong ability to identify risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities
• Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices
• Expertise in process excellence, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and professional judgment
