Job summary

Team Connect in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned QA/Test Engineer for an ongoing project in the banking sector, focusing on mortgage products and credit risk assessment. The role covers testing REST APIs with Postman and Swagger, plus functional, regression, and UAT testing within an Agile environment.

The candidate should bring at least 3 years of hands-on testing experience, strong SDLC/STLC knowledge, and experience with Jira & Xray.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and API testing, Senior level.
• Solid understanding of test processes and SDLC/STLC basics.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. Xray) and issue tracking (Jira).
• Basic experience with API tools (e.g. Postman).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining test cases and scenarios.
• Analysing requirements for test coverage.

We're looking for an experienced QA/Test Engineer to join an ongoing project for our client in the banking sector, focused on mortgage products and credit risk assessment.

Scope

• Preparing and maintaining test cases and scenarios
• Analysing business and technical requirements for test coverage
• Functional, regression, integration and UAT testing
• UI/UX testing and compliance verification
• Defect management and close cooperation with the development team
• Verifying fixes and retesting
• Participating in test planning and estimation
• Documenting test results and preparing quality reports
• Testing REST APIs with tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Supporting QA processes for mortgage products and credit risk assessment solutions
