Job summary

Team Connect is recruiting a Manual Tester for a Warsaw-based project with a bank. The role is hybrid (1 office day per week) and long-term on a B2B basis.

You will prepare test scenarios, execute manual tests, perform exploratory testing, and collaborate closely with the development team within sprints. Required are 3+ years of manual testing, strong knowledge of Scrum, Kibana logs verification, JIRA usage, and sharp analytical skills under time pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Knowledge of agile software development, especially Scrum.
• Experience with log verification tools, Kibana; this is a key must-have criterion.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills, diligence and ability to work under time pressure.

Ongoing recruitment: Manual Tester

Location: Warsaw (hybrid, 1 office day per week required) | Cooperation: long-term, B2B

You will join a project for a bank. There is a growth path towards automation testing, so basic Java/Selenium knowledge is a strong plus.

Scope

• Preparing test scenarios for manual testing based on requirements analysis
• Running manual tests based on test scenarios
• Running exploratory testing
• Cooperating with the development team within sprints

What we look for

Must-have items are essential. The rest is a map of what our consultants typically work with, so partial coverage is enough.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing
• Knowledge of agile software development, especially Scrum
• Experience with log verification tools, Kibana; this is a key must-have criterion
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Strong analytical skills, diligence and ability to work under time pressure

Good to have

• ISTQB Foundation Level / Agile Tester certificate
• Knowledge of the banking/financial industry
• Knowledge of tools such as SoapUI
• Basic test automation skills, especially Java/Selenium
