Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC basics.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. Xray) and issue tracking (Jira).
• Basic experience with API tools (e.g. Postman).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain test cases and scenarios.
• Analyse business and technical requirements for test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• UI/UX testing and compliance verification.
• Defect management and close cooperation with the development team.
• Verifying fixes and retesting.
• Participate in test planning and estimation.
• Document test results and preparing quality reports.
• Test REST APIs with Postman and Swagger.
• Support QA processes for mortgage products and credit risk assessment solutions.

Ongoing recruitment: QA / Test Engineer

Location: Warsaw | Cooperation: B2B

We're looking for an experienced QA/Test Engineer to join an ongoing project for our client in the banking sector, focused on mortgage products and credit risk assessment.

Scope

• Preparing and maintaining test cases and scenarios
• Analysing business and technical requirements for test coverage
• Functional, regression, integration and UAT testing
• UI/UX testing and compliance verification
• Defect management and close cooperation with the development team
• Verifying fixes and retesting
• Participating in test planning and estimation
• Documenting test results and preparing quality reports
• Testing REST APIs with tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Supporting QA processes for mortgage products and credit risk assessment solutions
