The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced QA / Quality Manager to join our team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of test automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and work with cutting-edge tools in an Agile environment. You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and QA engineers, while also mentoring junior colleagues and driving improvements in testing processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain an advanced test automation framework using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Build scalable, maintainable, and stable UI tests covering critical business workflows.
Implement and optimize complex data validation tests aligned with business rules.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and monitor their stability.
Optimize test coverage and execution time through parallelization and efficient test design.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile setup.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Analyze test results and propose quality improvement initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

4–5+ years of professional experience in test automation, including 2+ years hands-on with Playwright.
Expert knowledge of Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Cypress and Cucumber (BDD).
Familiarity with GraphQL for API-level testing.
Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks.
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
