A recruitment and consultancy company is seeking an experienced QA / Quality Manager in Wrocław. You will own the test automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and work in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include designing automated frameworks and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with good communication skills in English (B2 or higher). This position offers a B2B contract and hybrid work model.

We are looking for an experienced QA / Quality Manager to join our team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and QA engineers, while also mentoring junior colleagues and driving improvements in testing processes.

Design, develop, and maintain an advanced test automation framework using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Build scalable, maintainable, and stable UI tests covering critical business workflows.
Implement and optimize complex data validation tests aligned with business rules.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and monitor their stability.
Optimize test coverage and execution time through parallelization and efficient test design.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile setup.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Analyze test results and propose quality improvement initiatives.
4–5+ years of professional experience in test automation, including 2+ years hands-on with Playwright.
Expert knowledge of Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Cypress and Cucumber (BDD).
Familiarity with GraphQL for API-level testing.
Solid understanding of Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks.
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
Experience mentoring QA engineers and leading quality initiatives.
Knowledge of performance and security testing best practices.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
