Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland joins a customer-facing software project to own QA across mobile, API and UI, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, test plans, risk assessment, mentoring of junior QA members, and cross-functional collaboration with clients in a hybrid Polish setup. Fluent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and QA.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches.

• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
• Perform mobile, API, and UI testing.

Job description

You will join a customer-facing software project and take ownership of quality assurance activities across mobile, API, and UI layers. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define testing strategies, identify risks, improve QA processes, and ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches


• Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks


• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities


• Perform mobile, API, and UI testing


• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics


• Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics


• Support automation strategy and framework improvements
