Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services (Poland) is expanding its AI Engineering team to design and operate cloud-native AI/data platforms on AWS. You will build scalable ML training, deployment, and serving pipelines, implement backend services in Python/Java, and own the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

The role requires 3+ years in cloud/platform engineering, strong Python/Java skills, and deep IaC/CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in cloud/platform engineering (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Strong experience with IaC and modern CI/CD.
• Experience in building scalable services with AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker) or other cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of MLOps and AI system lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cloud security and data protection (GDPR).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good English and Polish communication skills.
• Nice to have: AWS certifications, experience with ML/data libraries.

Responsibilities
