Job summary

Biogen Poland is offering a 12-month paid Purchasing Internship in the P2P team in Warsaw. You will support requisition-to-purchase-order processes using ServiceNow, Oracle, and Coupa, contribute to data clean-up and PO maintenance, and help with Coupa implementation.

You will handle first-level end-user support, assist with PO creation and changes, maintain trackers, and collaborate with Purchasing Analysts and the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level end-user support via ServiceNow, email, and Teams.
  • Assist with PO creation, changes, maintenance and closure in Oracle and Coupa.
  • Perform data clean-up, validation, and legacy PO cleanup activities.
  • Maintain trackers and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding requests.
  • Support ad hoc activities assigned by Purchasing Analysts and the Purchasing Manager.
  • Assist with Coupa implementation data prep and validation.
  • Review data for incomplete or inaccurate information and escalate issues.
  • Support project trackers, documentation and data checks.
  • Participate in testing activities and document results.

About This Role

As a Purchasing Intern within the P2P department, you will be an integral member of the Purchasing team, actively supporting operational activities related to the requisition-to-purchase-order process. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in Purchasing, as well as exposure to essential tools like ServiceNow, Oracle, and Coupa. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Coupa implementation, assisting with basic operational tasks, data clean-up, and Purchase Order maintenance. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our procurement processes, supporting the team in delivering seamless operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and a deeper understanding of Purchasing and project support within a dynamic business environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide first-level support to end users via ServiceNow, email, and Teams.

  • Conduct data validation, clean-up, and identification of incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Support project-related trackers, documentation, and data checks.
  • Participate in defined testing activities, document results, and elevate identified issues.
  • Review internal documentation and suggest updates where needed.
  • Escalate system, process, or complex requests to the appropriate team member.

Additional Employment Conditions
  • We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week.
  • An hourly rate is 31,40 PLN.
  • Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
