Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Purchasing Business Support Analyst for an international tobacco client in Kraków.

You will create purchase requisitions, monitor POs, verify documents, and register goods receipts, while collaborating with AP, Payments and Procurement to resolve daily issues. Requirements include at least 2 years in Finance in an international company, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or Coupa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance within an international company.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Agile, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP/Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions in the system for business stakeholders.

What will your tasks involve?

• creating purchase requisitions in the system on behalf of business stakeholders
• monitoring and updating purchase orders (POs)
• verifying documentation and registering goods receipts (GR) in the system
• regularly collaborating with the business, Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, and Procurement departments
• resolving day-to-day operational issues

What we expect from you?

• minimum 2 years of experience in Finance within an international company
• fluency in English (fluency in German is an asset)
• strong communication skills and a solid customer focus
• a proactive approach to problem-solving
• an agile, continuous-improvement mindset
• ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• strong Excel skills and familiarity with Finance/Procurement systems (SAP/Coupa a plus)
