Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków is seeking an OTC Analyst to support collections management, resolve customer financial inquiries, and manage due and overdue balances using our Collections workflows. You will engage customers by phone, email, and other channels while ensuring accuracy in statements and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, is proficient with SAP, and demonstrates advanced Excel skills with fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections management and resolve customer financial inquiries efficiently.
• Manage due and overdue balances using collections workflow tools.
• Engage with customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Address and resolve discrepancies (quantity, price, warranty, freight, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements and reports.
• Generate timely past-due reports and forecasts.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and contribute to projects.
• Escalate and follow up on issues through appropriate channels.
• Ensure KPIs are met and service excellence is maintained.
• Collaborate with other Versigent departments and participate in calls.

Your Role:

As an OTC Analyst, your daily work will be related to:

• Collections Management

• Resolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Managing due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow tools

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Addressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)

• Financial Reporting & Documentation

• Preparing and distributing customer account statements

• Generating timely reports including Past Due reports and Forecasts

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive desktop procedures

• Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement

• Contributing to project teams as needed

• Escalating and following up on issues through appropriate channels

• Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained

• Collaborating effectively with other Versigent departments

• Participating in scheduled conference calls

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient knowledge of SAP systems

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is advantageous

Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
