Thrivelab is seeking a growth-driven Marketing Manager to lead provider education, lifecycle marketing, and content for clinic and telehealth partners. Reporting to the CMO, you will educate providers clinically, commercially, and operationally to drive growth and retention across medications, biologics, and the Agentic Healthcare OS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, education/enablement, content, or email/CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns / Zoho CRM.
• Proven success building education or enablement programs and owning customer/partner lifecycle.
• Skilled at translating complex clinical or technical subject matter into clear, credible content.
• Analytical mindset with retention, activation, and engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and own provider education funnels across clinical, business, and marketing tracks.
• Build the journey from first touch to activated provider — map content, sequencing, milestones.
• Develop onboarding curricula, enablement kits, and reference materials for quick platform productivity.
• Translate complex capabilities into clear provider education.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, and Pharmacy teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track funnel performance: enrollment, completion, time-to-activation, retention impact.
• Own the full provider and partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, reactivation, win-back.
• Create educational content and assets for clinics and telehealth partners.
• Manage email and lifecycle campaigns in Zoho Campaigns / Zoho CRM; optimize segmentation.
• Maintain the master marketing timeline and ensure on-time delivery.
