Job description

The Marketing Specialist EMEA will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. Responsible for developing and executing the EMEA marketing strategies to promote our products effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, sales, and HQ product team to ensure alignment and coherence across all marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: drive the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. Develop content for various marketing materials such as product collateral, sales presentations, brochures, newsletters, advertising, flyers and social media.
  • Claims substantiations: coordinate with clinical team for messaging and collect additional data from HQ for claims support.
  • Campaign support: drive the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and materials.
  • Sales enablement: develop and adapt sales tools, including presentations, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
  • Marketing assets translations: coordinate translations of marketing assets with regional teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Prepare reports to present findings.
  • Event Planning: Lead the organizing and executing of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including, but not limited to, invoice submission, organizing marketing assets, shipment preparation, and updating event calendar. Accountable for the planning, ongoing update and efficient use of the budget within the assigned territory.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with local teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts across different regions.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives and to ensure high-quality deliverables and services.
  • Stay informed about marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Marketing coordination for the Eastern European and MEA Markets (subject to change): Advertising plan, creation as well as local/regional execution and implementation, Sales tools translations, Marketing assets translations, Trade show management and logistical support, General sales support.
