Alstom is seeking a full-time Line Manager in Chorzów to lead production lines, coordinate planning, and drive continuous improvement using APSYS and Lean methods. You will collaborate with EPU managers, production planners, and quality teams to meet deadlines while ensuring safety and efficiency.
The role emphasizes strong English communication, leadership of a subordinate team, and knowledge of quality/Lean tools to optimize production metrics and labor compliance.
