Job description

We're looking for someone with a lot of energy who thrives when there's a lot going on and knows how to keep it under control. Someone who keeps a finger on the pulse of several projects at once, knows who is doing what and by when, and doesn't wait to be reminded – they do the reminding. You don't need to be a developer. You need to be the person who gets things over the finish line.

What you'll be doing

You'll be our command centre and the management team's right hand. You'll work directly with the company's owners every day – you'll have full visibility into what's happening, take part in decision-making, and make sure decisions turn into action. You'll keep implementation projects on schedule, run status meetings with the team and clients, record what was agreed and make sure it gets done. You'll own the backlog in Jira, know what's in progress, what's stuck and why, and when something starts to slip, you'll be the first to notice and react. You'll coordinate communication between the team, clients and management, prepare status reports, and keep project documentation and processes in order. In short: you'll make the company run smoother and projects finish on time.

What we expect

Experience coordinating projects or in an operations role (IT experience is a strong plus, but what matters most is organisation and getting things done). Excellent organisational skills, independence and initiative – you don't wait for instructions, you see what needs doing. Strong communication and assertiveness: you can chase deadlines in a way that makes people want to work with you. The ability to work at pace and juggle many parallel threads. Discretion and a sense of responsibility – you'll have access to information that requires trust. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office or Google Workspace. English at a level that allows you to communicate comfortably; Polish is required for day-to-day work with our clients.

What we offer

Close collaboration with the management team and real influence over how the company operates – you won't be a cog in the machine, you'll be the person who sets the team's pace. Work in a small, close-knit IT company. A high degree of autonomy and trust from day one. Flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to grow towards project management (including funding for training and certifications).

Please note that the role involves business travel – regular visits to client sites or trades are part of the job.
