Job summary

Genpact seeks a Project Manager – Transition Ready in Poland to lead transition management and cross‑functional delivery for AI and digital innovation initiatives. You will coordinate teams, monitor progress, and proactively address risks to ensure timely, high‑quality handovers.

Ideal candidates hold commerce/economics/finance degrees with MBAs or analytics masters, plus APMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/SAFe certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, finance, or analytics.
• APMP Practitioner, ITIL, and PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• SAFe Agilist certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transition management strategies for smooth handovers.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure alignment across teams.
• Monitor progress, report status, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Drive collaboration between internal and external teams to deliver outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members during transition.
• Conduct post-transition reviews to capture lessons and improve processes.
