Job summary

Genpact Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Human Resources professional to coordinate onboarding for new hires and maintain accurate records across HR systems.

You will support training initiatives and assist in offboarding while ensuring data integrity. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will address employee relations issues and help update HR policies to meet organizational needs. Fluency in German at an advanced level is required.

Qualifications
