Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Project Manager to lead transition management across global programs in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment in Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor progress, and drive risk mitigation and timely delivery.

You will mentor team members, conduct post-transition reviews, and elevate governance with APMP/PRINCE2/ITIL-based practices while leveraging Generative AI and advanced analytics to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in commerce/economics/finance or related field.
• Master's degree in business analytics or MBA is highly regarded.
• APMP Practitioner, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe certifications strengthen candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transition management strategies for smooth handovers.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and align deliverables across teams.
• Monitor progress, report status, and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate issues to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive collaboration between internal and external teams to support project outcomes.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams through transition.
