ProPharma is expanding its product lifecycle management group with a permanent Project Manager based out of offices in Serbia, Croatia, or Bosnia. Lead projects across technology transfer and related divisions, requiring strong project leadership in life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life-sciences or business discipline.
• At least 5–10 years demonstrated experience working as a project manager within the life-sciences sector.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for quality.
• Excellent time management skills and comfortable working to and driving strict deadlines.
• Solutions oriented and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to organize and perform own work tasks independently.
• Able to work effectively with local and virtual team members and other professionals.
• Advanced understanding and proficiency with utilizing PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Advanced level of communications skills - verbal, written, and virtual.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or drive planning, delivery, and communication of projects from scoping and initiation through to implementation.
• Work independently with limited oversight from senior management.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in project management, process improvement, business analysis and organizational change.
• Develop all project deliverables (e.g., project plan, charter, communication plans, presentations) and conduct reviews/ approvals with key business stakeholders.
• Drive project communication (e.g., status reports, dashboards) to all impacted stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Effectively conduct face-to-face and virtual ongoing meetings and workshops to facilitate multiple time zones.
• Own quality of work and most, if not all, deliverables under your responsibility.
• Manage scope and monitor progress of project activities.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in a timely manner, collaborate with colleagues and client lead to resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed.
• Document all meetings attended, directives, and significant phone conversations.
• Other duties as assigned

Position overview

ProPharma is currently expanding its product lifecycle management group with its newest permanent Project Manager based out of our offices in either Serbia, Croatia or Bosnia. This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to lead key projects across a range of different projects within Technology transfer areas as well as other key aspects across the division. The role ideally suits candidates with demonstrated Project leadership skills in the life-sciences sector.
