Job summary

Elecnor Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy infrastructure projects in Poland. You will manage construction of high-voltage substations, control project budgets and schedules, and supervise procurement and tender activities.

The role requires engineering credentials, postgraduate studies in project management, and fluency in Polish and English. International mobility opportunities exist within the Elecnor Group.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and technical college degree required.
• Postgraduate studies or master’s degree in project management preferred.
• IPMA or PMP certification a plus.
• Experience with ENTSO is desirable.
• Fluent Polish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial results: monitor costs, oversee sales and revenue.
• Report progress and results per company policies.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on energy infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on the construction of high-voltage power substations
• Responsibility for the project’s financial results, monitoring costs, and overseeing sales and revenue
• Reporting on project progress and results in accordance with applicable organizational policies
• Planning and updating the investment process, including preparing the budget, schedule, and risk analysis
• Coordinating activities aimed at obtaining connection conditions, decisions, and administrative permits necessary for project implementation
• Preparing documentation, including technical specifications and scope of work, and participating in the development of the procurement plan
• Participating in tender procedures and negotiations (including in accordance with the Public Procurement Law), including serving on the tender committee
• Supervising contract implementation and work progress to ensure quality and compliance with project objectives
• Organizing the project team’s work and coordinating collaboration with investment process participants
