Job summary

HW3 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across Poland in building technologies, BMS/HVAC, and energy efficiency. The role requires coordination with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams on-site in Poland.

This B2B/freelance position demands experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk, plus fluent Polish and English and a driving licence. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of complex project management experience in the building

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in Building industry, BMS/HVAC, Energy Efficiency or Energy Performance.
• Electrical or Mechanical engineering background.
• Experience with tendering and subcontractor management.
• Experience preparing change order offers.
• Experience with project financial performance, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience handling project contractual matters.
• Experience coordinating internal and on-site subcontractor meetings.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Category B driving licence.
• PMI PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM certification is an advantage.
• FMV certification in electrical or mechanical fields is an advantage.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery across Poland.

This is an opportunity to manage complex projects within the building technologies, BMS/HVAC, energy efficiency, and building systems environment, working closely with customers, designers, technical inspectors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Location: Poland

Contract: B2B / Freelance

Work: Fully on-site

Start: ASAP

Hours: 40 hours/week
