Job summary

Elecnor Group seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to lead energy infrastructure projects in Poland. You will oversee the construction of medium, high, and low voltage lines, organize schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with technical designs and regulations.

On-site collaboration with investors and inspectors is required. The role demands at least 3 years of relevant experience, a construction license, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Experience in implementing 110kV power plants.
• Soft skills: good organization, prioritization, flexibility and team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute construction of medium, high and low voltage power lines across Poland.
• Prepare work schedules and budgets for ongoing projects.
• Supervise work per technical designs, regs, schedule, guidelines and expertise.
• Maintain required construction documentation.
• Coordinate installation teams.
• Work on-site with investor and supervising inspector.
• Prepare and submit construction organization documents (progress reports, PO requests, estimates).
• Hold a construction license to manage projects without field restrictions.

We are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to work on energy infraestructure projects.

Responsabilities:

• Management and execution of the construction of medium, high and low voltage industrial power lines throughout Poland
• Preparation of work schedules and budgets for ongoing construction projects
• Organization and supervision of work performed in accordance with the technical design, applicable regulations, the established schedule, technological guidelines, instructions and technical expertise
• Maintaining the required construction documentation
• Coordinating the work of installation teams
• Working directly on-site wiht the investor and the suprevising inspector
• Preparing and submitting documentation related to the organization of construction work (progress reports, requests, purchase orders, estimates, etc.)
• Construction license to manage construction projects without restrictions in the field of electrical and power networks, installations and equipment
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in the implementation of 110kV power plants
• Soft skills: good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, flexibility and team management
• Proficiency in using software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
• Willlingness to travel for business
