What you can expect:
In this key role, you will take strategic ownership of our project portfolio, focusing on complex utility-scale photovoltaic projects. You will play a vital role in minimizing risks, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving sustainable business success. As the interface between project teams, management, and external partners, you will actively shape the future of our projects, processes, and business performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and strategically manage a portfolio of large-scale projects (multi-project management)
- Ensure contract-compliant project execution, including the consistent enforcement of contractual rights and obligations
- Take overall responsibility for customer and supplier contract management
- Align projects with corporate objectives while maintaining accountability for budgets and profitability
- Make strategic decisions regarding project conditions, budgets, and resource allocation in close coordination with executive management and profit center leadership
- Provide functional leadership to project managers and project teams
- Manage customer communication and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Report project performance and status to senior management
- Lead escalation management in cases of critical schedule, budget, or resource conflicts
- Develop and oversee strategic resource planning across multiple projects
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at both project and portfolio level
- Ensure quality, cost, and schedule performance throughout all project phases
- Establish and continuously improve project management standards, processes, and governance structures
Who we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience managing complex energy, infrastructure, or solar projects
- Proven expertise in multi-project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial project control, including budget and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid experience with strategic project planning, risk management, and both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
