Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations
• Ensuring that the project meets deadlines and delivering a product of required quality
• Managing large project teams or multiple sub‑teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc)
• Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders
• Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client’s side
• Managing and planning team capacity
• Conducting team meetings, providing various reports
• Working with leads on tracking team performance
• Supporting team growth through regular feedback and career development plans
• Conducting project interviews, contributing to the hiring process

Qualifications

• Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project’s phase and team size
• Experience working with external clients: ability to establish collaborative relationships and a high level of trust
• Ability to distinguish critical from just important work, and to plan, set priorities, assess risks, and track tasks to completion
• Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result‑oriented approach
• Fluent English
• Native Korean speaker
• Experience in GameDev
