PwC Polska ищет руководителя проектов для поддержки внутренних бизнес-приложений в Варшаве. Ваша задача — координировать работу рабочих групп, планировать встречи и подготавливать материалы для совещаний, обеспечивая прозрачность статуса и выполнение зависимостей.

• Знание новых технологий и AI‑инструментов (автоматизация задач, анализ информации).
• Будет плюсом: опыт трансформационных или финансовых программ; SAFe/Agile — приветствуются.

Responsabilidades

• Координация и организация работы в рамках рабочих групп.
• Планирование, расписание и согласование встреч и семинаров рабочих групп.
• Подготовка повесток, материалов и документов по принятию решений.
• Документация результатов, решений, действий, рисков и зависимостей.
• Обеспечение отслеживания действий по всем направлениям.
• Поддержка экспертов и участников в подготовке и продвижении deliverables.
• Мониторинг ключевых этапов, сроков и взаимозависимостей между группами.
• Сводка статуса и подготовка руководящих отчетов для управляющих органов и SteerCos.
• Идентификация эскалаций, узких мест и межфункциональных эффектов и их решение.
• Поддержка прозрачности по deliverables, владению и прогрессу.

Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services.

Задачи:

• Coordinate and facilitate activities within the Working Groups
• Drive planning, scheduling, and alignment of Working Group meetings and workshops
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and decision papers in collaboration with the Working Group Leads
• Document outcomes, decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure consistent follow-up and tracking of actions across workstreams
• Support SMEs and Working Group members in organizing and progressing deliverables
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and interdependencies between Working Groups
• Consolidate status updates and prepare management reporting for governance bodies and SteerCos
• Identify escalations, bottlenecks, and cross-functional impacts early and drive resolution
• Maintain overall transparency regarding deliverables, ownership, and progress.

• Project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams
• English speaking
• Excellent meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and action items simultaneously
• Communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
