Job summary

DCG is seeking an IT Project Manager for Business Continuity & Infrastructure Recovery in Warsaw. You will lead infrastructure recovery planning, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and ensure timely status reporting across the programme.

The role requires 3+ years in BC/DR or operational resilience within tech environments, with a focus on complex recovery testing and documentation. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity or Operational Resilience.
• PM experience in technology or IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience in Financial Services / FSI sector.
• Experience in defining and executing complex technology recovery tests.
• Ability to develop processes, procedures, frameworks, and operational docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management within the Infrastructure Recovery Planning track.
• Coordinate daily check-ins, recurring status meetings and stakeholder meetings across the programme.
• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting and communication.
• Align programme expectations with progress, deliverables and dependencies within the IRP track.
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles, manage resources and coordinate activities across technology teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and emerging issues.
• Plan and schedule infrastructure recovery tests.
• Coordinate and oversee execution of recovery tests and related activities.
• Ensure review and sign-off of test reports and remediation actions.
• Drive handover and Service Transition Management (STM) activities to IRP/ITSCM owners.
• Ensure alignment of recovery plans across projects and tech areas.
• Drive completion of SOPs for Device Services and Onsite Support.
• Coordinate development and end-to-end testing of the recovery solution using USB devices, laptops and Autopilot profiles.
• Finalise work instructions covering maintenance triggers, controls and operation of the solution.
• Update Infrastructure Recovery Plans to reflect the new recovery solution.
• Coordinate STM activities and ensure handover to operational owner.

IT PM – Business Continuity & Infrastructure Recovery

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project management activities within the Infrastructure Recovery Planning (IRP) track
• Facilitate daily check-ins, recurring status meetings and stakeholder meetings across the programme
• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting and communication
• Align programme expectations with ongoing progress, deliverables and dependencies within the IRP track
• Identify and remove delivery obstacles, manage resources and coordinate activities across technology teams
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and emerging issues
• Scope, plan and schedule technical and non-technical infrastructure recovery tests
• Coordinate and oversee execution of recovery tests and related activities
• Ensure preparation, review and sign-off of test reports, including identified remediation actions
• Drive handover and Service Transition Management (STM) activities to the relevant IRP/ITSCM owners
• Ensure alignment of recovery plans and deliverables across different projects and technology areas
• Drive completion of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Device Services and Onsite Support
• Coordinate development and end-to-end testing of the recovery solution using USB devices, clean laptops and Microsoft Autopilot profiles
• Finalise work instructions covering maintenance triggers, controls and ongoing operation of the solution
• Update Infrastructure Recovery Plans to reflect the new recovery solution
• Coordinate Service Transition Management activities and ensure successful handover of the solution to the relevant operational owner

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity or Operational Resilience
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within technology or IT infrastructure environments
• Previous experience in the Financial Services / FSI sector
• Solid understanding of infrastructure recovery and technology resilience processes
• Hands-on experience in defining, developing and executing complex technology recovery tests
• Experience creating and maintaining Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery frameworks, plans and documentation
• Ability to develop processes, procedures, policies, frameworks and operational documentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating multiple technology teams
• Ability to manage dependencies and align plans and deliverables across different projects
• Strong project planning, risk management and reporting skills
• Proactive and delivery-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
