Job summary

Admind Branding & Communications, the largest global branding agency in Poland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-disciplinary branding projects in Kraków, Warsaw, or remotely within Poland. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, and deliver end-to-end outcomes for international clients, while thriving in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management within branding/creative/advertising agencies.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding.
• Deliver projects end-to-end from brief to final delivery.
• Translate high-level briefs into structured project plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, and external vendors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates and change requests.
• Lead status meetings, steering meetings and delivery reviews.
• Proactively gather feedback and translate into improvements.
• Generate reports and status updates to clients.
• Pitch fresh, innovative ideas to clients.

What you will do:

• Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding (such as brand identity implementation and transformation, marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, digital product design etc.)
• Deliver projects end-to-end: from brief and planning through execution and final delivery
• Translate high-level or ambiguous briefs into clear, structured project plans
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and external vendors
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change requests as well as project profitability
• Lead status meetings, steering meetings, and delivery reviews
• Proactively gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
• Generate accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients

We look forward to working together if:

• You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive or similar ( pref’tly in a branding, creative, advertising, marketing, communication, digital, or experience agency )
• You are comfortable managing diverse project types , including events, digital, technology-driven and content-based initiatives
• You have solid experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking
• You have proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex corporate environments
• You are confident in mediating between competing interests and navigating organizational politics with professionalism
• You communicate clearly and calmly , even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations
• You take full ownership of your projects and client relationships
• You have experience working with international, corporate clients
• You are fluent in spoken and written English ( C1 minimum )
