Job summary

Platige Image seeks a Project Manager to turn creative and production goals into a clear, realistic delivery plan across CG, VFX, animation or game production.

You will own the plan, coordinate departments, track progress, and report to the Producer while mentoring Project Coordinators. English fluency and strong communication are essential; Polish is a plus. Location: Warsaw, with hybrid, remote or on-site options.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of project management in CG/VFX/animation or game production.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills.
• Understanding of full production pipeline required.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager who can turn creative and production goals into a clear, realistic and continuously updated delivery plan.

You will be responsible for:

• building and managing schedules, milestones and resource plans,
• coordinating departments, Supervisors and the production team,
• tracking progress, workload and dependencies across the pipeline,
• monitoring project health and identifying risks early,
• reporting progress and proposed solutions to the Producer,
• leading and mentoring Project Coordinators, and unblocking what they escalate,
• attending dailies and reviews, and keeping production informed on both sides,
• keeping production data accurate and up to date.

You own the plan and its execution. The Producer owns the budget and the commercial relationship with the Client - you work closely with them, and escalate anything that moves the numbers.

We are looking for 3-4+ years of experience managing CG, VFX, animation or game production, a good understanding of the full production pipeline and strong communication skills in English.

Experience with game cinematics, ShotGrid or similar production management tools will be a strong advantage. Working knowledge of Polish is a plus.
