Job summary

QLOC in Warsaw is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead software services for game development. You will plan projects, set objectives, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in a similar environment, strong production knowledge, and fluency in English. You will mitigate risks, monitor progress, and maintain relationships, while seeking improvement. Remote work is possible, with opportunities to collaborate with major game IPs.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar environment (porting, co-development, development services).
• Solid understanding of production stages, dependencies, and risks.
• Proficient in project management tools for scheduling, progress tracking, and resource management.
• Capable of leading a project independently.
• Capable of maintaining the client and team relationship effectively.
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt to changing requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Well-developed communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for project planning, setting objectives, and allocating resources.
• Closely monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and taking proactive steps to address them.
• Participating in business inquiries.
• Assessing project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and reporting to senior management.
• Independently leading a service project.
• Independently maintaining the operational relationship with the client and a team, resolving conflicts.
• Communicating tasks and setting priorities clearly.
