Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe. You will coordinate international stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, and HSE performance, and drive successful handover from notice to proceed through commissioning.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction project management, a degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, and fluency in Polish

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of renewable energy projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Manage project reporting and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company standards.
• Support commissioning activities and final project acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction phase of renewable energy projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Manage project reporting and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company standards.
• Support commissioning activities and final project acceptance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, BESS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and project delivery processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Based in Poland and available to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience working on behalf of an Owner, Developer, or Independent Power Producer (IPP) is considered a strong advantage.
