Jit is offering a Project Manager/Business Continuity Specialist role in Poland with a hybrid model (Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa/Łódź). The position focuses on ICT BCP development, testing, and governance within a large regulatory transformation in financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Business Continuity Management frameworks, methodologies or documentation.
• Strong understanding of DORA regulations and ICT resilience in the financial sector.
• Experience creating project documentation, reports, presentations and governance materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and document processes, procedures, policies and frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• English proficiency enabling effective collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across projects to ensure timely BCP documentation.
• Support creation and enhancement of ICT BCP frameworks, templates and standards.

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

We are looking for an experienced Business Continuity Specialist / ICT BCP Manager to support a large-scale regulatory transformation initiative within the financial services sector.The role focuses on the development, governance, testing and maintenance of ICT Business Continuity Plans (ICT BCPs), ensuring compliance with DORA requirements and internal resilience standards. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and technology areas, drive continuity planning activities, and support the establishment of long-term ICT resilience frameworks and methodologies.

Expected competences and knowledge
