Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Infrastructure Recovery Programme in the financial services sector. You will combine project management with business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience activities across multiple stakeholders.

You will coordinate recovery planning, testing, and documentation, ensure timely reporting, and drive handovers to operations. The role also includes leading laptop recovery initiatives and SOP development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex technology initiatives.
• Experience designing, coordinating and executing recovery tests and exercises.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups and recurring status meetings within the IRP track.
• Coordinate communication with programme stakeholders, recovery teams and track owners.
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans.
• Align programme expectations with ongoing project progress. Support resource planning and coordination across the IRP track.
• Define scope, plans and schedules for infrastructure recovery activities. Coordinate and execute technical and non‑technical recovery testing.
• Ensure creation, review and sign‑off of test reports and remediation actions.
• Drive Service Transition Management (STM) activities and ownership handovers.
• Lead delivery of infrastructure recovery laptop solution initiatives.
• Coordinate development and testing of SOPs for Device Services and Onsite Support.
• Ensure alignment of recovery plans with newly defined recovery procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, procedures and governance materials.

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Infrastructure Recovery Programme (IRP) initiative within the financial services sector. The role combines project management responsibilities with business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience activities. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple stakeholders, oversee recovery planning and testing activities, drive documentation and reporting, and ensure smooth handover of recovery capabilities to operational teams. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead an infrastructure recovery-related initiative focused on laptop recovery solutions, including SOP development, testing, maintenance procedures, and transition of ownership.

Expected competences and knowledge

• 3+ years of experience within Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex technology initiatives
• Experience designing, coordinating and executing recovery tests and exercises
• Experience developing documentation, frameworks, processes and proceduresStrong understanding of technology infrastructure and recovery processes
• Experience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery roadmaps
• Excellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, delivery‑oriented mindsetStrong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Service Transition Management activities will be an advantage
