Job summary

Merck Group seeks a Project Manager to lead high‑impact strategic initiatives from scoping to global rollout. You will bring structure to cross‑functional projects spanning process design, organizational change, and post‑merger integration.

You will manage plans, mitigate risks, and provide governance and status updates to senior leadership with travel as needed. The role requires 5+ years in project leadership, a business/management degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project leadership experience with 6–8 years of overall professional experience.
• University degree in business, management, or a relevant discipline.
• Hands‑on expertise with recognized project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum).
• Proven track record in business process management, process development, or optimization.
• Experience in post‑merger integration (M&A), system integration, or cross‑border data transitions.
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills in dynamic environments.
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake occasional business travel.
