Job summary
NATEK is undertaking a strategic IT transformation to replace its legacy core with a modern, modular SaaS ecosystem for CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS. The Integration Lead will own architecture, delivery, and operation of the integration landscape across platforms and with the broader business ecosystem.
The role combines leadership with hands-on delivery in a flexible, part-time arrangement with some Warsaw presence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of OAuth2, API authentication, webhooks, polling, rate limiting, pagination, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, n8n, Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, Make, or similar.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Experience designing resilient integrations, including retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and master data management concepts.
- Experience integrating payroll, HR, finance, accounting, or e-signature solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with GDPR, security best practices, secrets management, and access control.
- Strong Git and version-control practices.
- Advanced use of AI-assisted development and productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Define integration strategy and architecture for a SaaS ecosystem.

NATEK has been leading a strategic IT transformation program aimed at replacing its legacy core system with a modern, modular SaaS ecosystem covering CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS.
As part of this transformation, the organization is also leveraging modern AI-powered tools and capabilities to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and support business efficiency. As Integration Lead, you will own the design, implementation, and operational stability of the entire integration landscape connecting those platforms with each other and with NATEK's broader business ecosystem.
This is a critical role within a high-visibility transformation program. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the integration layer, defining the architecture, building and testing interfaces, driving vendor alignment, supporting production cutover, and ensuring a successful handover to NATEK's internal IT team. The role combines architecture leadership with hands‑on delivery and requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.
This position is offered on a part‑time engagement model with a fixed and committed allocation agreed for the duration of the program. The role offers flexible remote work combined with occasional presence in Warsaw during key project milestones, design workshops, testing activities, and cut‑over periods. Availability during critical go‑live and hyper‑care phases is essential to ensure successful delivery and operational stability.
This role reports directly to Interim CIO and works in close collaboration with:

- Integration Strategy & Architecture
- Assess and consolidate the existing integration landscape, interface inventory, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend the target integration architecture, including point‑to‑point integrations, orchestration approaches, or integration platforms.
- Measure integration volumetrics and validate technical capabilities of all vendors and external systems.
- Define integration standards, governance, security, monitoring, and operational principles.
- Produce and present architecture recommendations supported by documented analysis and business rationale.
- Define interface contracts covering entities, data flows, triggers, frequencies, mappings, and transformation rules.
- Establish and maintain system‑of‑record principles across the solution landscape.
- Design robust error handling, retry mechanisms, reconciliation processes, and monitoring capabilities.
- Create and maintain an integration ownership matrix, including responsibilities and service levels.
- Integration Delivery
- Build and implement integrations using selected technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with software vendors and third‑party providers to enable connectivity and resolve technical dependencies.
- Configure, test, and optimize data flows across ATS, PSA, HRIS, identity, payroll, finance, reporting, and collaboration systems.
- Ensure all integration assets, mappings, and configurations are properly version‑controlled and documented.
- Apply security‑by‑design and GDPR requirements throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Ecosystem & Third‑Party Integrations
- Lead integrations with Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint,
OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design and implement integrations to accounting and payroll software (multiple European countries).
- Define integrations for electronic signature solutions and finance/accounting platforms.
- Support reporting enablement through structured data extraction mechanisms feeding Power BI and data warehouse in later stage.
- Integrate with selected sales engagement platform.
- Develop integration test scenarios, datasets, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end‑to‑end integration testing and business acceptance activities.
- Prepare and execute pilot and production cutovers.
- Monitor and support integrations during hyper‑care and stabilization periods.
- Manage incidents, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational improvements.
- Prepare operational runbooks, flow diagrams, mapping documentation, and support procedures.
- Train and mentor NATEK's internal IT teams.
- Ensure long‑term maintainability and operational ownership can be successfully transferred.
- Deliver complete documentation and support a smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations.
- Act as NATEK's primary technical counterpart for integration topics.
- Facilitate technical workshops and cross‑vendor design sessions.
- Coordinate with Product, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and external implementation teams.
- Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to program leadership.
