Job summary

Software Mind in Warsaw is seeking a motivated IT Project Manager to oversee several software projects in logistics and last-mile delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, QA, and designers, plan work, run stand-ups, and ensure delivery against deadlines.

You will maintain Jira, manage risks, prepare monthly billing and timesheets, act as the client’s day-to-day contact, and apply AI tools to automate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT projects as a PM, project coordinator, analyst, QA or developer.
• Hands-on understanding of the software development lifecycle: backlog, estimation, development, testing and release.
• Ability to handle several projects and topics at once without losing track.
• Ownership: you close tasks yourself, without being reminded.
• Clear, direct communication, including when things go wrong.
• Accuracy with numbers, hours and budgets.
• Practical use of AI tools in your daily work
• Openness to feedback and to new ways of working.

Project – the aim you’ll have

You’ll run several software projects in logistics and last-mile delivery. The work covers mobile apps for couriers and drivers, transport management systems, delivery optimisation and integrations with partner platforms. Clients range from a large international parcel network to a fast-growing delivery business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers and designers, use AI in everyday project work and see your projects used daily in the field.
