Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a senior cyber resilience professional to join our Kraków team. You will lead resilience testing programs, perform recovery and crisis exercises, and validate containment and recovery procedures for critical systems and third-party dependencies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cyber/technology resilience, with 5+ years leading resilience testing or remediation programs. Banking experience is preferred, and ISO 27031/CISSP/CISA-type certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• +8 years in cyber/technology resilience, cyber recovery, operations resilience or crisis exercising.
• +5+ years leading resilience testing or remediation programmes.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• ISO 27031, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or GIAC advantageous

Responsibilities

• Cyber resilience and recovery testing to validate recovery readiness and response capabilities.
• Technical recovery and failover testing across critical systems and infrastructure.
• Cyber containment and recovery to minimize business disruption.
• Clean-room and cyber-recovery exercises to verify secure restoration capabilities.
• Backup and data restoration to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Identity and privileged-access recovery procedures following cyber incidents.
• Cloud and platform resilience assessment and improvement.
• Application, infrastructure and third-party dependency resilience testing.

• Cyber resilience and recovery testing – Deliver cyber resilience and recovery testing to validate recovery readiness and response capabilities.
• Technical recovery and failover testing – Execute recovery and failover tests across critical systems and infrastructure.
• Cyber containment and recovery – Validate incident containment and recovery processes to minimize business disruption.
• Clean-room and cyber-recovery exercises – Facilitate clean-room and cyber-recovery exercises to verify secure restoration capabilities.
• Backup and data restoration – Test backup and data recovery processes to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Identity and privileged-access recovery – Validate identity and privileged-access recovery procedures following cyber incidents.
• Cloud and platform resilience – Assess and enhance the resilience of cloud environments and technology platforms.
• Application, infrastructure and third-party dependency testing – Conduct resilience testing across applications, infrastructure, and critical third-party services.
• - 8+ years in cyber/technology resilience, cyber recovery, operational resilience or crisis exercising.
