Job summary

Albany Beck in Kraków is seeking individuals for a large-scale PMO programme within a major global financial services organisation. You will work closely with senior PMO leads, delivery managers and stakeholders to provide day-to-day governance, planning and project support.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in PMO, project support, coordination or business change/transformation roles.
• Experience in banking, financial services, technology or large corporate environments is advantageous.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and senior PMOs with day-to-day delivery activities.
• Maintain project plans, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Produce regular project and programme reporting.
• Support RAID management and governance processes.
• Track milestones, deliverables and project progress.
• Prepare governance packs and management information.
• Coordinate meetings, actions and follow-ups across delivery teams.
• Assist with financial, resource and capacity tracking.
• Maintain accurate information across PMO tools and systems.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure governance and reporting standards.

Job description

We are looking to identify individuals for a large-scale PMO programme within a major global financial services organisation in Krakow. The PMOs will work closely with senior PMO leads, delivery managers and operational stakeholders, providing day-to-day governance, reporting, planning and project support. Successful candidates will complete a structured training and onboarding programme before joining their respective delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

The role is likely to include:

• Supporting Project Managers and senior PMOs with day-to-day delivery activities
• Maintaining project plans, actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Producing regular project and programme reporting
• Supporting RAID management and governance processes
• Tracking milestones, deliverables and project progress
• Preparing governance packs and management information
• Coordinating meetings, actions and follow-ups across delivery teams
• Supporting financial, resource and capacity tracking
• Maintaining accurate information across PMO tools and systems
• Working across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
• Helping ensure projects follow agreed governance and reporting standards

Skills & Experience

We would like to see candidates with approximately 1–4 years' experience in areas such as:

• PMO
• Project Support
• Project Coordination
• Business Change / Transformation Support

Experience within banking, financial services, technology or another large corporate environment would be particularly useful.

Candidates should ideally demonstrate:

• Good understanding of project / programme governance
• Experience maintaining RAID logs
• Project planning and milestone tracking
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Management reporting experience
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a structured but fast-moving environment
