Job summary

Flex is seeking an IT Support Technician in Łódź, Poland to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and IT infrastructure, ensuring a high level of service for internal customers while supporting daily IT operations.

Reporting to the IT Leader, the role requires Polish fluency and solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office. Travel between Lodz and Wola Rakowa sites is expected, with opportunities to work on international projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Secondary education with further technical training or equivalent practical experience.
• Polish language fluency and basic English communication.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Android and iOS environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel between Łódź sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and office applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Deploy software, patches, updates, and system images per company standards.
• Set up and support printers, scanners, and other workplace technology solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, coordinating with local and global IT teams when needed.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and maintain asset records.
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and office application issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Deploy software, patches, updates, and system images in line with company standards.
• Set up and support printers, scanners, and other workplace technology solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, collaborating with local and global IT teams when needed.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality and company standards.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Secondary education, preferably with further technical education or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in Polish is required for this role and basic English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Android, and iOS environments would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
• Possess a driving licence and have willingness to travel between sites in Lodz and Wola Rakowa
