Job summary

Flex is seeking an EHS Manager located in Tczew, Poland to support our teams who build great products and contribute to growth. You will implement HSE policy, ensure ISO compliance, and drive improvements across production sites.

You will lead the EHS team, develop safety programs, and coordinate audits with stakeholders, delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations at Flex facilities.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations; ISO 14001/45001.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently, make key decisions, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Internal auditor certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee the company's HSE policy, ensuring ISO 45001/14001 compliance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team for high performance and growth.
  • Develop and continually improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, and employee awareness programs.
  • Monitor workplace conditions, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Manage documentation related to accidents, diseases, inspections, measurements and risk assessments.
  • Support design of new production workstations and safety guidelines for machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with employee representatives and stakeholders to enhance safety.
  • Coordinate audits related to HSE, environmental protection and recycling across Flex sites.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a EHS Manager located in Tczew, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Implement and oversee the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team, fostering high performance, engagement, team building and continuous professional growth.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, standards and employee awareness programs.
  • Monitor workplace conditions, identify risks, recommend corrective actions and coordinate their implementation to improve safety and environmental performance.
  • Manage documentation related to workplace accidents, occupational diseases, HSE inspections, measurements and risk assessments.
  • Support the design of new production workstations and develop health and safety guidelines for machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with employee representatives, occupational health physicians and key stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and working conditions.
  • Coordinate external and customer audits related to HSE, Environmental Protection and Recycling, while sharing best practices across Flex manufacturing sites.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or a related field, or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations, as well as ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
  • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently, make key decisions, demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
  • Strong teamwork and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and stressful environment.
  • Internal auditor certification would be considered an advantage.
