Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland is seeking an IT Project Manager for a role based in Tczew. You will lead and deliver IT/IS projects, aligning with business goals, architecture standards, and budgets while guiding cross-site initiatives and complex portfolios.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of PM experience in IT, and strong Polish and English language skills. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and partners, following Agile practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Project management, ideally IT.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT/IS projects, including cross-site and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develop project strategies and oversee complex, business-critical initiatives and project portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with requirements.
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, handover.
• Apply Agile and project management methodologies, manage risks and resources.
• Establish KPIs, monitor outcomes, and ensure business value realization.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.

Job Summary

We are looking for a new IT Project Manager employee to be based in Tczew, Poland.

Summary: Lead and deliver IT/IS projects, including cross-site and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Develop project strategies and oversee complex, business-critical initiatives and project portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and operational handover.
• Apply Agile and project management methodologies, proactively managing risks, resources, and project performance.
• Establish KPIs, monitor outcomes, and ensure realization of business value.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in Project management, preferred in IT domain
• Good Polish & English language skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certification level knowledge (PMP - Project Management Professional [PMI], PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL 4 Foundation TK43)
